Rutherford’s Catechism ; Or, The Sum of Christian Religion By Samuel Rutherford

In the 17th Century many ministers produced their own catechisms for instructing their congregations. Rutherford was first and foremost a pastor and this work shows the care and concern he had for his flock. This is the first time that this work has been available on its own although originally was printed in Mitchell’s collection of Catechisms. This is a carefully modernized spelling version that has retained all the original words.
